RESERVE FUND STUDIES
Tenera will determine the budget required to be set aside, year after year, for larger repairs that will be needed in addition to solving the existing issues.
The size of the Reserve Fund is determined based on:

Step Four
Appraisal Coordination
Once both the Capital Plan and the Reserve Fund are determined per given year (together, they provide the Total Annual Budget), current property value can be determined.
We work with leading appraisal firms in the industry, approved by all major banks, including RBC, Scotiabank and more, to provide an accurate valuation of the property.
