Our custom TeneraPro App, designed as a web-based platform, is so straightforward that anyone can pull it up on any device to perform a site inspection, without requiring to have deep knowledge of the matter. Once a property in question is added to the app, the user will be able to add locations to organise all the data accordingly – taking pictures, naming the issue (e.g. crack on wall), and entering measurements.
This valuable information can be used by an engineer – who will not need to perform a site inspection anymore because of the immediate remote access to the data collected – to generate a spec document.
How Issue Collection Works
Once the property is added, as shown in our previous blog, a screen allowing multiple locations to be added is enabled. At the top, the Issues tab is highlighted.
The different locations of a property in question can be entered one after another, naming the group accordingly, and clicking on the Save icon to the left of the location name. The Add Group button at the top left allows for as many locations as needed to be added.
When the location data – pictures included – is entered, a required number of issues can be added. To add yet another issue, just click on the Add Issue button on the right, right below the current price for the repair of the location.

If you are not sure what work types are required, you can leave that to a specialist and enter the measurements that will be required to do the repair pricing based on the work types once those are assigned. Click on the Save and Close button when finished. The previous issue is visible underneath.
Available Remotely in Real Time
Any data entered onto the app is immediately available for consultation by anyone using the app on any device. Therefore, engineers can be putting together spec documents as soon as all the information is complete, without having to go the site, which enables them to generate multiple documents on any given day. The ability to do this makes taking on even small projects a profitable matter.
TeneraPro app continues working for issue collection when the device is offline (as usually is the case in underground parking garages) synching all the data as soon as the Internet connection is available again – no data is lost, and no extra work is required as would be the case if the pictures had to be stored on the phone and then uploaded onto the app when the device would be online.
